How do you ensure my baked goods stay fresh during shipping?

All orders are baked fresh and immediately flash-frozen or vacuum-sealed before being shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to preserve texture and flavor.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific future date?

Yes, during the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date from our calendar to ensure your treats arrive perfectly timed for your special event.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

We offer a curated selection of gluten-friendly and vegan pastries; however, please note that all our products are prepared in a facility that also processes wheat, dairy, and nuts.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

How should I store my items once they arrive?

Most of our cakes and pastries should be kept refrigerated until one hour before serving, while cookies and breads can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container.
